UPDATE: Shopping While Black

Kimberly Houzah speaks during a peaceful protest at Quintard Mall Thursday. Houzah was asked to leave Victoria's Secret store in the Quintard Mall after another female was caught shoplifting.

Kimberly (Nikki) Houzah from the original video has been issued an apology from the parent company of Victoria's Secret, Limited Brands.

A peaceful protest took place at the Victoria's Secret at the Oxford Quintard Mall at 11:30 a.m. The local chapter of the NAACP, Mr. Glen Ray, joined Ms. Houzah as well as protest spokesman, Landon Brooks. At that time, the manager on duty stated that the manager who asked Ms. Houzah to leave is not on the schedule.

What do you think of this response? Is it all that is necessary after the acts of the store manager against the black shoppers in the store?
